enhanced the overall operation of our entire line up of ambulances.
With the exclusive EZ Glide™ Door, safety and convenience are key
advantages for your EMT's. By sliding the door out of the way, snug
against the module, the door does not open into traffic or restrict
personnel from entering or leaving the module. We have added as a
standard an automatic side door step and sturdy "V" style grab handle
to make entering the module easier and safer.
Our exclusive MasterTech III touch button system controls all the
electronic functions of the module, delivering significant advantages
over most other digital systems on the market. With no moving parts,
down time is minimal, real time on-board diagnostics allows monitoring
and feedback to provide simple detection of open circuits or shorts. The
color display screens provide backlit control buttons, easy to read text
and at-a-glance off/on status.
SolidBody construction offers strength, safety and long life! Our design
offers an integrated module from .125" flat-sheet aluminum. The floor,
roof, side and doors are all constructed from brake formed parts with full
contact welded seams. Since there is no separate extruded frame,
SolidBody reduces weight and adds strength, providing many
advantages such as better fuel economy, more useable space and less
wear and tear on the chassis.
This module is the ideal complement to the large medium duty chassis
that has become popular among fire departments and heavy rescue
squads. The standard Super Chief is mounted to an International 4300
chassis and is loaded with features and storage compartments. Air ride
